The objective of the Audit was to assess the general perimeter security level of the IT systems of Grupo CPS, identifying the vulnerabilities and cyberthreats present, as well as developing a series of mitigation recommendations.

The methodology used in the Audit was based on simulating an attack from outside the services offered over the Internet, after an OSINT phase and prior vulnerability analysis. To do this, in addition to using commercial and in-house developed security tools, DEFSEC auditors carried out supervision and testing manually to increase the effectiveness of the process.
